  As first-time home-buyers we found Pat to be an amazing resource for helping us choose the right home. By taking the time to learn more about us during our first visit Pat was able to quickly narrow down the list of available homes until we found our dream house. Pat was always readily available whenever we needed him, whether it was quickly responding to our texts/emails or sending us updates about new listings. He went above and beyond his role as a realtor to make sure all our questions were answered and that we stayed on track with all the different steps of buying a new home. He gave great advice and was also an excellent resource for learning about Corner Brook and Western Newfoundland. We really enjoyed working with Pat and would highly recommend him as a realtor.
